Rates

$125 per 50-minute individual session

$150 per hour for family sessions (for existing individual clients only)  
$150 per hour for court appearances and preparation

Payment

Cash and checks are preferred as form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and health savings accounts are also accepted.

Bundle Payment Option

I offer a bundle payment option to prepay therapy sessions each month. This alternative provides the benefit of discounted sessions, and a set recurrent appointment slot at the same day and time each week.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Insurance

While I am eligible to take insurance, I am currently only taking CIGNA, BayCare, and UnitedHealthCare. If you are willing to file yourself, my services may be covered in full or in part as an "out of network provider" by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• What is the coverage for an out of network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $70.00 cancellation fee.

Client Portal

Once you set up an appointment with me you will receive an email with your Client portal login information. On the portal you can access invoices and request statements or super bills to be generated for your insurance or personal records.
