I use a software system called Simple Practice. Simple Practice provides each of my clients with an online portal that they can access on their personal computer or smart phone. When you make an appointment with me, you will receive an e-mail shortly after from Simple Practice giving you a password and a link to the online portal. Your username will be your e-mail. When you first access the online portal, there will be important documents that you will need to fill out before your first appointment. The online portal can be used to access your appointments and payments. The portal can also provide you with a superbill if you’re seeking any type of insurance or program reimbursement.
